Awareness gives you the clarity.
In the Awareness course, you begin the foundation of your journey.
This is where you learn to pause, notice, and truly see yourself - your patterns, your habits, your inner dialogue, and the unconscious rhythms that shape your daily life.
Through guided practices, reflections, and weekly touch points, you’ll develop a lens of clarity - one that helps you distinguish what’s truly yours from what you’ve carried unconsciously. This is the space where you start naming what is, without judgment, and discover how much power there is simply in seeing clearly.
Awareness becomes the compass. You’ll explore how your breath, your body, and your mind interrelate, and how tuning into this system provides a direct map of where energy flows and where it’s blocked. Instead of trying to force change, you learn to recognize the subtle cues that guide you toward alignment.
In this course, imagine standing still long enough to notice the current beneath the surface of your life. That stillness reveals your inner landscape - patterns you may have never noticed but have always felt. By the end of Awareness, you’ll have the clarity and language to understand where you are, the grounding to accept it, and the spark of possibility for what comes next.

Awaken shows you how to change.
In the Awaken course, you’ll take your journey a step deeper.
You’ll learn what is important to you and not only highlight what needs to change but also begins to reveal how to create that change.
We meet weekly to go over your right effort and dive into breath mapping and regulation work to guide you to the change you’ve always wanted to see and feel.
This is where we’ll start crafting a bespoke program that fits your newly awakened understanding.
In the Awaken course, imagine stepping into a journey where you’re not just learning what needs to shift, but awakening to how to actually do it. Consultations, breath mapping, and nervous system regulation intertwine in a way that feels natural, like a current guiding you forward. It’s about using awareness as information to action, weaving practices that unlock the next layer of your growth.
At the heart of this journey is our flagship transformational breathwork, the "Art of Release".
A powerful experience that helps clear what no longer serves you and opens space for new possibilities. Everything flows together, each piece reinforcing the next, so by the end you feel not only awakened to change but already living it.

Ascend empowers you to embody and live the change.
In the Ascend course, you’ll take your journey a step deeper.
This is where integration turns into embodiment. Here, the practices are no longer things you “do” but ways you “are.”
Ascend is about building resilience, expansion, and trust in your own capacity. You’ll deepen your breathwork into advanced techniques designed not only for release, but for renewal and empowerment. Together, we’ll work on nervous system mastery, energy regulation, and states of presence that allow you to meet life from a higher vantage point.
Where Awareness showed you the map, and Awaken guided you into creating new pathways, Ascend is about traveling those paths with confidence and clarity. You’ll experience the layering of transformational breathwork, intentional integration rituals, and elevated practices that help you stay connected to your higher self no matter the circumstance.
Imagine stepping into Ascend as though climbing to a summit. Each step builds upon the last, and as you rise, the view expands. You see not only where you’ve been, but the vast horizon of where you’re going. Absolutely, anyone can do breath work. As long as you are reasonably healthy, you are ready to take on a transformational breathwork journey.

Participants often report a range of sensations such as tingling, warmth, or energy flow throughout the body. You may feel many different emotions which enables a sense of release. Each experience is unique, and these sensations are part of the healing process facilitated by the breathwork.

During a session, you will typically lie down in a comfortable position while a facilitator guides you through specific breathing techniques. The session includes powerful music, affirmations, and verbal guidance. You might experience various physical sensations and emotional responses connect deeply to the breath.
