About the Day Retreat
The Wellness Day Retreat is a full day designed to help you properly step away from everyday life and come back to yourself.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Kington Grange, the day brings together grounding, meditation, mind training, sauna rituals, wild lake swimming and a transformational guided breathwork journey.
There is also time to slow down, enjoy exceptional food, connect with good people and spend time in nature without rushing from one thing to the next.
This is not about packing more into your day. It is about creating the right environment for your body and mind to settle, reset and gain clarity.
You will leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to what you need.
Who Is It For?
This retreat is for anyone who wants to step away from everyday life and give themselves a full day to reset, learn and be looked after.
You might be feeling overwhelmed and in need of some breathing space. You might simply want a meaningful day for yourself. Or you might be curious about breathwork, meditation, sauna and wild swimming, but not know where to begin.
The whole experience is carefully guided, so you do not need to plan anything or have any previous experience. You can simply arrive, take part in what feels right and let the day unfold.
It is designed to feel nurturing, informative and powerful, with plenty of space to learn, reflect and discover which parts of the experience speak to you most
What Sally Said

The setting was lovely, the group felt easy to be around, and Paul made the whole day feel really comfortable.
By the end, I just felt like I’d had the reset I needed.”
