Breathwork Journey 〰️

What Emma said

“I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I felt safe and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The music, headphones and Paul’s guidance made it incredibly powerful. For my first breathwork journey, I couldn’t have asked for more.

I can’t wait to do it again.”

About the experience

The journey takes place inside Paul’s own private training space, located directly beneath the beautiful loft where his smaller workshops are held.

The lights are lowered, candles are lit, mats and blankets fill the room, and every person is given their own space to fully settle into the experience.

Paul guides the entire journey from beginning to end. Participants wear immersive headphones, allowing his voice, the music and the breathwork to create a deeply personal experience, even while sharing the room with others.

You are not expected to perform, understand everything or arrive feeling a particular way. You simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided.

What happens during the journey?

Arrive and settle: You will be welcomed into the space, shown where everything is and given time to get comfortable on your mat.

Understand the breath: Paul will explain the breathing pattern, what you may experience and how to adjust the breath throughout the journey.

Step into the experience: Using immersive headphones, carefully selected music and Paul’s live guidance, you will be taken through a complete conscious breathwork journey.

Rest and integrate: The breath gradually slows and the journey finishes with time to rest, reflect and allow the experience to settle.

UPCOMING JOURNEY

Friday 7th August 7pm to 9pm

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any previous breathwork experience? No. Everything is explained before the journey begins, and Paul guides you throughout the entire experience.

What should I wear? Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and lie down comfortably. You may also want to bring warm socks.

Do I need to bring anything? Mats, blankets and headphones are provided. You may want to bring water and a journal, although neither is essential.

Will I be able to hear other people? Everyone wears immersive headphones, so your attention remains with Paul’s guidance, the music and your own experience.

What happens if I feel uncomfortable? You always remain in control of your breathing. You can slow the breath, return to normal breathing, sit up or pause whenever you need to. Paul will explain this fully before the journey begins.

Is breathwork physically demanding? The breathing pattern can feel energising and may create physical or emotional sensations, but you are encouraged to work at your own pace. It is not a competition or test of endurance.

What might I experience? Everyone responds differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, energised, emotional, physically connected or mentally clear. Some people have a powerful experience, while others experience something much quieter. There is no correct outcome.

Can everybody take part? Breathwork may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. A health questionnaire should be completed before attending, and anyone unsure should speak with their medical professional before booking.
